Review: 3 m/g Roofing is top notch. The project manager, Charlie, helped me through the entire project, spoke with insurance, handled all of the paperwork. My roof looks amazing. No more leaks. He got the folks inside to repair ceiling damage and repaint my entire ceiling. Charlie was very professional and polite at all times. Followed through on everything he said he would do. I could not have asked for a smoother transaction. Thank you 3 m/g for a job well done.

Review: For my roofing project here in Oviedo, Fl I chose 3MG Roofing and Solar. After interviewing several different companies my wife and I chose to work with 3MG for multiple reasons. Kudos and special thanks to project manager Rob King whom handled all communications and scheduling for all trades involved in my roof project. Most importantly, I was looking for a “one stop shop” that could handle my new roofing installation, new gutters, new skylights and the removal and reset of my solar panels. 3MG met those trade needs, including small details such as minor stucco repairs, chimney and interior trim items. The efficiency of all the crews that handled the various trades went above and beyond what I expected. As a result, the new roof installation, code upgrades, county upgrades, county inspections, were outstanding and handled in a professional manner. A spectacular job! I would highly recommend this company for any roofing needs and the various trades that may be associated with it. Finally, I would like to acknowledge the strong performance of roofing field manager KD and his labor crew. The gutter crew Nathan and Charlie, the solar team Ashley and Sergio all did a fantastic job! Review: It has been the worst experience of my life dealing with this company. To date we have paid $228,472.50. Yes Alex and Harrison are good sale man but after putting down 30% November 15th 2022 we are still trying to have our roofs completed. We paid for five roofs to be completed in 5-6 weeks November 15th 2022. Then was told work would start in February 2023. Work never started within the time frame. Two permits expired because they took so long. Every house work stopped as they had the wrong product and had to reorder. Roofs had to be redone due to poor workmanship. The owner Ozzie said that we were a priority for months. Workers showed up and left without explanation time and time and time again on every house. Tenants were beside themselves with the mess in the yard and products left in the driveway or yard for months at a time. Everyone had nails in the tires. I had to clean up at all the sites because crews threw metal, screws and nails everywhere. Grass died due to metal roof material left in the yards, access to the garage was blocked by metal and dumpster for months at a time.Ozzie (owner) called and said he realized this was a show but promised we would be satisfied with the end result. Said he would continue working until we were happy. Now they don’t return phone calls, say they will be back and don’t show up. I had to call Drexel metal to see how to cover up the scratches on our “new roof” When I sent them pictures of my new roof they sent me paint for free to try fix the roof myself. I explained they use product that was in our yard for over 4 months and this was 3 MG’s third attempt to get our roof correct.Now they are sending me emails they are going to a collection agency for a tenant’s roof that isn’t competed even though I said I would once completed; deposit was $21,400. I paid out for 17th $48,100, Progress $63,705, here $77,917.50 44th $17,350 deposit and as of this date 10/16/2023 have not received a final invoice.Services: Roof repair for storm & wind damage, Gutter installation

Review: We can’t say enough good things about our experience with 3MG Roofing. From start to finish, they were incredibly efficient, polite, and respectful. Jeremy, the project manager, was very helpful in navigating the process and kept us well informed along the way. Leo, the on-site manager, was exceptional. He paid close attention to every detail, made sure the job site was immaculate, and patiently answered all of our questions. We recently had an independent inspector examine the finished roof, and he gave it two thumbs up for its excellent quality and workmanship. We couldn’t be happier with the result and highly recommend 3MG Roofing to anyone in need of roofing services.
