Review: Absolutely excellent experience with our new roof, woodwork and new gutters installation – can’t say enough good things about 3 Lotus Construction Group!!!Chris was awesome – he was very friendly, helpful and easily contacted by text or phone. He answered all of our questions and walked us through every step of the reroof process including helping us find an adjuster to evaluate the damage to our roof and locating a tree trimming service. We were kept up-to-date at all times and the owner even stopped by to see how things were going while the work was in progress. They were also more than fair when we discovered that there was quite a bit of woodwork needing to be replaced.Both the roofing crew and gutter crew were professional, hardworking and left virtually no trace that they were there when they left.As I said before, I can’t say enough good things about 3 Lotus Construction Group and highly recommend them. Thank you – for making this such a positive experience – I love my new roof and gutters!!!

Review: 3Lotus was a pleasure to work with! They managed the entire process our my insurance to get our roof placed quickly. Not only did they do a great job of communicating timelines and expectations, they also went above and beyond and installed roof vents when our house had none initially. This has helped our electricity bill by reducing AC costs! They worked over the weekend and went out of their way to install a roof on our house which has a small paver driveway, where they couldn’t load the shingles on the roof. They had to manually carry them up. The team was kind and project manager was great! Will definitely use them again and would highly recommend!Services: Gutter installation, Roof installation
