Review: BEWARE! DON’T HIRE this company. We were contacted by Eric Kron ( Sales consultant) to do our roof and we hired them back in October. The job started on December 2nd and on that day, while they were replacing a piece of plywood on top of my daughter/nursery room, they broke a pipe from the fire system our house has and flooded that room, our masters, the hallway and part of our living room. Half of the roof in that room and all of the laminate floor that got wet got damaged. Thankfully, I was home and was able to close the main water line before it got worse. Keep in mind I was 8 and a half months pregnant and with my 4 year old dealing with this while my husband was at work.They tried to make us believe they didn’t know what happened, when we know for a fact they were on top of that room changing a piece of plywood that was damaged. We told Mr. Kron what happened and that we thought they had to take some responsibility for it. We even told him we knew someone who could fix everything for a lot less than the person he wanted an estimate from. We weren’t trying to get extra money, we just wanted to get the damage fixed fast since we would have a newborn home soon. After we sent the estimate they informed us that the company didn’t have to take any responsibility for it but out of the goodness of their hearts they would cover only half. We tried getting updates from Mr Kron after that since we hired him and it was his project. He would reply he wasn’t responsible for that anymore but his Sales Manager Mr Milton or Mr Barnett, one of the owners. Not what you want to hear from a business. The person you hired, washing his hands when they mess up since he’s not the owner.It’s been over a month since they said they would cover half and they keep saying it’s out of their hands because they don’t control finances.We had to bring home a newborn without a nursery, our daughter has no room either and we’ll have to cover all the repairs now.DON’T hire them! You might get a new roof but then a bill for thousands of dollars to fix the inside of your house!
