Review: I would give them 0 stars if possible, a negative stars would best suit this situation. We have been dealing with this company for months. They don’t communicate with each other and only with customer if you call them and get upset. We had then come out take a carpet sample back in Sept/Oct never heard anything after that. Called ask what’s the status was told “oh we need to come get a carpet sam ple” we explained you did that weeks ago. Then we get a call back they couldn’t find the carpet match so was going to just use alternate flooring. Oh no you are not that’s the middle of our loft and that carpet runs through the entire house. Didn’t ask us if we wanted to just was going to put that in work order. So we had another guy call us back asking again if he could come get a carpet sample. We explained it all over again. He said he would go back and check into it & call us back. We did explained we were out of town till after New Years. He said no problem. Get another call before we our back asking could he come that day, Um no sir we aren’t home. He responded oh yeah forgot. Then said he would be back the day after us, no deal for us so called day he came back. He then picked a date & time around his schedule we made it work. It was scheduled for today at 9 a.m.9 comes & goes so does 9:30, and 10 too. I called office and several numbers on the list with no answer. Finally got someone to answer & was told they would look into it. I then received a call while on with office and it was an employee that doesn’t work for them and hasn’t for awhile. So why was his number even on the list we were given. So husband calls the guy Jeff I believe was his name while I had been working on my end to get in touch with someone & he says oh yeah I got my weeks mixed up. He explained just forget it we don’t want to do business with a company like this. Very unprofessional, unorganized, can’t get anything right, just all around horrible experience. I then get a call back from Kelley who is the lady who said they were going to change flooring on us. I just told her do not call me again we don’t want to do business with you don’t waste my time or your breath & hung up. Highly do not recommend!! Thankfully we never gave them a dime
