Review: Victor Gomez and the Roofing pros team were amazing!! I can’t speak highly enough about the experience. We had some major hiccups with our claim, including some personal medical issues. I was diagnosed with brain cancer during this process and Victor treated us like family through my surgery and recovery! Then, our insurance company went out of business 11 days after we filed our claim, so it was passed off to FIGA to reevaluate our damage. Victor followed up weekly with updates, as FIGA took almost a year to complete the process. Victor promised us we would arrive at a resolution and I’m so glad we did, he helped us get thru the very difficult process and our claim was finally approved to replace our roof. Once the contractors arrived, their work was just as good as their customer service. They were punctual, detailed and hard working. They replace our 4,800 sqft roof in two days and it looks amazing! Their clean up process and follow up review was fantastic and I can’t be happier! I’m here to say that I would recommend Victor Gomez and roofing pros to ANYONE that needs helps with their roof AND the insurance company. This is a one stop shop for a professional and responsible resource to assist in the process. What a blessing, and I’m so happy to finally have a new roof over my family. Five star service!!!!
