Review: We are the first house in the neighborhood and regularly get roofing companies asking for our commitment. I normally send them away because they are pushy etc, but not this time. This was the best experience I have ever had with a service provider. Cooper, our account lead, was attentive, responsive, and genuinely fantastic. He was on-site for the install and always kept me informed throughout the entire process. He even brought me coffee on install day. As a sales professional , I highly recommend this company and if you are lucky enough to have Cooper as your account lead, you will not be disappointed.

Review: Almost hit me merging onto an empty highway I had to do a hard breaking to avoid collision think about their level of care. Notice they didn’t apologize or anything holding accountability . It shows what kind of company this is . If they are in such a rush they will kill someone on the way to a job think of how they will rush your job and hurry out without reguard of anyone’s safety

Their associate Michael was very thorough throughout the process by explaining the contract and was available to answer questions anytime I called . By being available ,it put my mind at ease. Review: First and foremost I’d like to send a very special thank you to Cordell Smith with SR&R !!! From the jump I told him my insurance had already denied me and he looked at me and said “I GOT YOU, we’re going to get this roof bought”. Within 48 hours Carlos was already at my house putting a tarp on the leaky part of my roof ! I know they had a lot going on before the holidays but they made me feel like I was their #1 priority! The day after Christmas Carlos had the materials dropped off, by the end of the 27th my roof was FINISHED! By far the best looking roof in my neighborhood. Top tier, my experience with SR&R was most definitely a 10/10
