Review: I’ve worked with Speer Roofing & Construction, LLC, on a number of projects over the past few years and continue to call back each time I have an issue with a roof on any of my houses. Doing multiple renovations myself throughout the year, i can’t express how easy and communicative working with SRC and their staff is. Their pricing is always competitive and will not give you the run around. Scheduling is always prompt and you won’t run into the “oh we are 4-6 weeks” out on install. Lastly the craftsmanship is fantastic and I’ve been satisfied with each single roof installed. I can’t recommend Speer Roofing enough and know I will continue to use.

Review: After stepping on so many nails I do not feel safe to go around our house. It’s been a few months after the roof was installed, and there have been many nail checks resulting in many small piles of nails since the project ended. I know some nails falling is normal but come on guys!!!The roof is really nice though. But they broke a gutter during the installation, so they paid for half of the cost of getting all new gutters put on since it wasn’t repairable.They didnt tell us we had some wood rotting by the roof while they were working up there too. We found out from the gutter guy.Service: Roof installation

Review: My son and I live in Winter Garden, FL and our next door neighbor recommended Speer Roofing to us for our new shingle roof due to hurricane damage we didn’t realize we had from years previous. They worked with our insurance company on our behalf which made the process so much easier. Our Project Manager, Brad Deverall was incredible. He was extremely hands on and came out to the house on multiple occassions during the process to check in on the progress to make sure we were happy. Since our roof was complete a few months ago I have recommended Speer Roofing and Construction to several of our neighbors and now I see their sign in all of their yards as well.

Review: Hands down best roofing company we dealt with. I got bids from Eustis Roofing to Certified Roofing & BFarr. These guys not only had the best bid, but were the only ones able to get the color shingle I wanted. The other guys were either super limited on colors or were too busy to deal with us. Jill from the office and foreman Greg, they were amazing. Such nice ppl. Can’t say enough good things about them. Our roof was so rotted from years of neglect and they really came through. Changing a huge roof is not for the faint at heart but the experience was smooth and carefree. Honestly, so glad we chose them. You won’t regret picking these guys.
