Review: This was quite possibly the most unprofessional roofing company me and my family had the displeasure of doing business with.To begin with, the cost wasnt competitive whatsoever for a small 3 bedroom single family home. Next, the roofing work wasn’t began when promised and delayed at least once. The bigger problem though was that they gave an estimate and planned to do work inside as well then eventually claimed they didnt have a team to do so. Another issue we faced was the fact they did a horrible cleanup job… shingle pieces and roofing nails were littered around the house for months afterwards. Lastly, adding insult to injury we were contacted by phone and email a month after the job was completed and harassed about a $1400 deductible which was already paid.Reply:You are most definitely the company or the parent company to the company which did my roof. I have the emails going back and forth regarding this issue. At the end every email is a website url and it leads me directly back to your website. The work isn’t in my name… its in my fathers “Joshua Ramer”.
